I will let our forum denizens expand on the specific nuisances of the deck.
The deck is the natural evolution of the CAL deck from last year's Extended season. It fully uses the Life from the Loam engine to draw cards and reuse lands for Seismic Assault. Terravore is the deadliest win condition, especially when combined with Devastating Dreams. The deck also has plenty of disruption via Duress and Cabal Therapy, as well as a silver bullet sideboard accessible via Burning Wish.

This is, in my opinion, the deck you have to be most prepared for in order to do well at a competitive Extended tournament.

As the first to comment on the deck, I would say it needs a single damnation in the sideboard. There are times, when devastating dreams isn't good enough as a board sweeper.

BTW, watching Kenji play this deck was amazing. He just absolutely smashed people. Plus, Kenji is not even close to 5 feet tall, but he is teh best player in the world.

Ok, so I usualy play CAL, and Im thinking about switching to Aggro-Loam. However I do not have the money to buy 4 Wishes, 3 Duals, and 7 fetches. So can anyone reccomend me a budget aggro-loam list.

You aren't going to be able to play the list at a competitive level without those cards, especially the wishes.

well as with any budget list it won't be as good, but...

3 karpulsan forest
4 city of brass
3 gemstone mine
1 Forest
2 Mountain
1 Swamp
4 Tranquil Thicket
4 Forgotten Cave
2 llanowar wastes
1 sulfurous spring
--25 land--
-
4 Birds of Paradise
4 Wall of Roots
4 Dark Confidant
4 Terravore
--16 creatures--
-
4 Duress
4 Cabal Therapy
4 Life from the Loam
4 Devastating Dreams
3 Seismic Assault
--19 other spells--
-

i might try something like this, then you have more SB space too. if there is any way you can get wishes, get them.

I am aware that I need the wishes and the fetches/duals and I'm working on getting them eventually but I want to be more comfortable with the deck before I just go out and get all this stuff.

If you have people to test with, then just proxy up the stuff you need and play it. If you are playing in extended tournaments, people will probably play you before the tourney with proxies. Just get familiar goldfishing, and then go from there. If you are playing MODO, then the price is going to be nuts, so I can'[t really help you.

is it possible to replace the burning wishes with death wish if you are on a budget?

i wouldn't recommend it, this isn't a combo deck.

kenji tsumura runs 25 lands and only 2 md devastating dreams. Shouldn't it be better to cut a land for a 3d dreams?
