I have to throw in my vote for Broken Mirror. I don't know who first named it that but it's been the most unique name so far. The only problem might be the various other sac outlets (Husk/Gargadon) but the most common version is strictly U/W and uses Entity.
/vote Broken Mirror
Also, I'm pretty sure popular consensus for Mono-Black-Rogue decks is "Rogue Squadron."
Variations exist including the simple MBRA, Rogues Away!/Rogue Fodder, etc., but most people like the above.

Lark Blink is the best name, because it's the most generic and clear to newcomers.
It's really not even about giving niche cards to black.
It should be about giving black cards to Niche.

Any name that mentions Reveillark is fine with me, bonus points if it also includes some reference to Momentary Blink .

It also needs a new thread, imo.

IMO most important change the magic forum needs is streamlining the threads. What i don't like about this site is how there are 435712381230 threads for the same deck and makes it a chore to weed out what threads are worth reading, just go on starcitygames type2 forum to look at how a neatly organized forum should look like. Oh yeah and in the decks to beat forums there are more then a few decks that...well aren't exactly decks to beat lol you all know what they are

Are we JOKING? Bitterblossom control a proven deck? I know it's funky and all but a single T8 in a small tourney hardly ever proves anything...
It's just like Predator or UW Control. Not a viable strategy but something that you may happen to see every now and then by chance. Definitely not worth the DtB forum.
My 0.02...

Bitterblossom control a proven deck? I know it's funky and all but a single T8 in a small tourney hardly ever proves anything... There don't seem to be any hard rules as to which decks are on this list. Not like for example The Source has them for determining which Legacy decks are DtB. Maybe there should be, because I see quite a number of decks on the list that aren't really tier 1, or not anymore.
It all depends on your interpretation anyway. Take Elf Machine for example. While it may not have gone top-8 in recent tournaments, it is still played a lot and your deck has to have a solution for dealing with it.
Still, I've not seen Bitterblossom Control on any tournament list except that one from Starcitygames. It doesn't belong here yet.

Maybe there should be, because I see quite a number of decks on the list that aren't really tier 1, or not anymore. Actually, there IS a rule:
Q: How are the Decks to Beat chosen? A: Decks are added to the forum when they have proven themselves in a tournament environment. We will try to focus threads to decks that perform well in Pro Tours, Grand Prixs, Regional/States, and the Magic Online metagame. But it just doesn't seem to be respected.
There's a LOT of decks that don't belong in this section anymore and I think it's needed, for the credibility of this section, to stop the "we'll ditch archetypes only if there will be two pages for this subforum" attitude because if an archetype is Competitive it's so or it isn't despite the length of the page and amount of threads in it.
I know it takes some dedication but there SHOULD be some, given that this is the most dynamic format, that sees MULTIPLE metagame shifts every year so this sub-forum needs a lots of work to be kept up to date, not just an yearly review when a block rotates.
Take Elf Machine for example. While it may not have gone top-8 in recent tournaments, it is still played a lot and your deck has to have a solution for dealing with it. And on this, I agree.
Still, I've not seen Bitterblossom Control on any tournament list except that one from Starcitygames. It doesn't belong here yet. While decks like Warriors and Rogues, altho they did well in only a few tourneys, are EXTREMELY popular online so you need to be prepared to face them because you're likely to see them in a tourney.
The point of the section is basically that. Not a collection of decks that randomly did well, but a list of decks that you're LIKELY TO SEE IN A TOURNEY have right to stay here, decks that don't, don't (Pickles, Predator, Sonic Boom, UW Control, Bitterblossom Control). If, when Morningtide is released online, each and every T8 on MODO and each and every 8man queue will be filled up with Bitterblossom Control and Predator they'll have earned the right to stay/come back here.
As things currently stand, they do NOT have said right unless this sub-forum is some kind of joke.
