Chris Pramas joins the podcast to discuss the Kickstarter he is running to bring Freeport to Pathfinder. Chris is a stud who has been around forever so there is a lot of good inside baseball on the RPG community here.

The production value and wit of this podcast is really first rate--a very good crew with strong preferences and insight.

A very good reasource.

As D&D Next continues to be the focus of WotC's work, I have moved more and more to Pathfinder. Here is a great podcast interviewing the writer of the Pathfinder Comic [which is great] and providing updates on current events in pathfinder.

Something, I really like about this podcast is the discussion on Gay characters in the setting--how the writer developed & portrayed them, where the idea came from, etc. I think it is worth a listen for that alone; however, the updates on the RPG Superstar contest and other general information on Pathfinder I found very informative.

A good news & reviews type podcast that I will be going back and listening to the older episodes....

Tracy Hurley & Jeff Griener interview Ed Greenwood no the recent Guide to the Forgotten Realms.

You see the amazing obsessive completist and the incredible creativity of Greenwood in this interview--well worth the listen.

Another Actual Play series of podcasts from DM Chris Heard.

The crew of the Broken Promise has put their boat in a bubble and gone underwater in the Underdark Sea. A bunch of Fish attack & combat ensues for four hours.

Heard demonstrates how to keep players very interested in a very long combat session that does not end well--big cliffhanger for the next session.

Strongly recommended.

I listened to this on my jog around the Woodbridge loop today.

It is an interveiw with the various authors of the upcoming Sundering event that appears to be designed to move D&D Novels into D&D Next. There is very little Tracy & Jeff--just an intro--mostly a live feed from GenCon.

The topic is awesome--I have been reading more WotC Novels lately & knew most of the authors by name if not by specific books. The opening Sermon on the background history of the event was very very fun and informational. The authors interactions amongst themselves is fantastic. Overall, a very good event from WotC--they brought their A talent, the presented information in an interesting way, and they actually seem to be doing things in the Realms which fans support--all fantastic directions.

I even liked the Q&A...

Another great podcast from Jeff & Tracy. They are joined by several reviewers and two of the authors of the book, including Matt James who brings his patented madness to the proceedings.

A very fun podcast.

These two amazing episodes were recorded live at DM Mickey's table at ORCCON 2012.

Jack & I played at these tables and had a total blast [some of the other tables were not having as much fun as us, PARTICULARLY after realizing that the kid's table had burned more then 80% of the Mythal.
