A post of thought, favortisim, and extreme intrigue.
So you noticed my title and continued on reading... interesting... This little snippet is an honor to what I consider the most absolute of all magic cards, which is a hard decision for most people... But not me.
The Card I have chosen to be my 'favorite' is Dash Hopes, now you'll notice I call it the 'most absolute of all magic cards' this of course being opinion rather than a hard and cemented fact. The most common question or rather comment I receive whenever I state this is 'Why? It gives your opponent the opportunity to make the decision, how will you win if they make your plays for you?', well my friends the card on first glance would look less appealing because of the opt-out that is to be decided by the opponent, but that’s what...

I my self think it one of the best sets yet. The art work is really cool. The concept is right on. I would like to see what other players think. I also would like to see what other players think about the magic game in general. What would you change and what was your best deck that won for you? I hope to hear from all interesting parties. Thank you!

I can remeber playing magic with my old freinds from new york and they had these kick ass artifacts decks..... i hated them.
Becuase well, i like to win, and i wasnt doing any of that. But after a few months i would make a counter deck with my standard white and black, then kick their butts back.
Well its years later now and i recently baught the Metalic Dreams pre-built deck for planchasers....it rocks. I have lost with it a few times, due to bad shuffling or whatever you will call it, but i can see its potential. So i went out to the local card shop and found some very kick ass alpha artifacts ( I'm not pro enough for turnies, im more of a play with my friends and others kinda player ) I'm currently modding the deck and i'm hoping to get some good resaults, if so I'll post my new...

OK, so I went to my first ever sealed tournament this past weekend, with the release of Zendikar. I was very excited and nervous all at the same time. I haven't ever done a draft before or even this... timed pressure where you have to build a deck out of a bunch of random cards was a lot to handle. Friday night my boyfriend and I had sat down and reviewed over some strategies, that were helpful and when it came down to opening the packs...
WOW it was way more than I had expected!! I wanted to sit and study all of the cards in front of me, reading them over and over again to make sure I understood what they meant. I am a pretty intelligent woman and some of the cards I still just didn't get. I honestly still don't understand Swampwalk, Islandwalk, and so on. Maybe it is a simple...

Blarg. That's all I have to say about 4th edition of late. Blarg.
I know everyone seems to either love or hate 4e. I realize that. Where do I fall? Weeeeellll...
It's a love hate relationship. The love part is the part most people love: the streamlined effect. I remember when casters used to take half an hour to get juiced up, then a half hour after they needed to prepare spells. 4e made that go away. Blissfully, I might add. I also really enjoy the play balance given to...well, everyone, really.
My problems aren't the same as most, though. I don't have a special issue with the way everyone is the same as everyone else (makes it boring, I admit). I don't have an issue with monk not being released yet (just gonna be the same as everyone else anyway). No, my issue...
