You are both of these, a member of a clandestine force of agents sworn to your crown and untraceable back to it. You are empowered to infiltrate and kill to further your nation's cause, and you are relied upon to do so. Organizations such as yours in each of the five nations. Eberron Themes: Valenar Warrior
I had some free time so I thought I'd fill in a few holes in my themes. Here's the first of these attempts, an attempt at making a Valenar theme.
Valenar Warrior
Prerequisites: Elf, Valenar background
During the last war, the nation of Valenar ripped itself away from Cyre, led by the spartan elf mercenaries that have grown to inhabit it. Despite the youth of Valenar as a nation, Valenar Warriros possess a great amount of skill and tradition. Each Valenar warrior believes himself to be an embodiment of a great warrior of the past.
You were raised in this environment and you posess a fierce love of combat, a deep reverence for those who came before, and a skill for horsemanship that makes even House Vadalis ...

When they reach the end of it , they notice that this tunnel entrance was cleaverly disguised behind the ears of one of the 5 Heroes of old statues. Being so high up , they manage to see the Order of the Emerald Claw force down below , and to call upon The Watersnake without problems , thus leveaving the site safely. - Aboard...

So, being Jewish, it's always a question of how we're going to spend Christmas Day. We're not going to church, obviously, and there are no presents under the tree (because there's no tree). Even though this Christmas is also the fifth day of Channukah, that's kind of like the "hump day" of Channukah. Other than lighting some candles at sundown, there's not much to do. So it's been sort of a holiday tradition for me to run a "one-shot" D&D session for anybody else who doesn't have family plans for that day. In the past, I've had players play animated magic items, amnesiac clones, and other unusual story concepts. This year, my wife requested that we play in Eberron for our Christmas special. So I've decided to run the Heart of the Forbidden Forge adventure...

Another great week in Vandal's Garage playing D&D! Our Bake campaign is into its second year & things are really starting to roll.
The table is very well organized at this point.

DM James is really spinning a very fun yarn.

Started exploring a Drow Tomb--of course, I opened the casket & Mummy's attacked!

Tough battle but a lot of fun & some very good role playing after the combat that taught us more about the adventure then we had seen in a long time.

The battle of the ugly die continues with this pink die working very well for James--Cameron had a pink sparkly one that was even worse.

THE UNKNOWN DARKNESS - Session 16
"Deeper and deeper the party goes , in search of the remaining fragments of the Ashen Crown . But danger lurks in every corner...."
- The party open the door , and finds a room filled with debris and a strange "darkness" clinging to the walls, ceiling and floor. Cautiuosly they enter, but they are attacked neverthless by Specters and a Wraith , and also by the strange "weed-like" substance . With relative ease , they defeat their enemies and continue on.
- The group then comes upon an irregular shaped cavern , that blazes with purple colour. They then are attacked by a Goblin Phantom that emerges from one of the crystal-like columns in the cavern . The party notices that some columns have a horror-eyed Goblin inside ...

Eberron Themes: Scion of Vadalis
Yay! Finally to the last of the dragonborn houses. House Vadalis was challenging to design since I tried to make each theme fit the abilities of the dragonmark. The Mark of Handling only gives bonuses to mounts and beast companions and its paragon path is exclusive to beast rangers. My objective was to open it up to other classes and give it some abilities to boost the companion's power level which is stunted in the early 4e design. Hopefully the theme didn't end up too unbalanced, this seems like it might be overpowered but I'd have to see it in play or get someone with more beastmaster experience. Share thoughts on the discussion thread.
