Yes , you can. You can activate abilities in the first combat damage step after damage is dealt, the creature is still an unblocked creature at this point, and the ninja you put down attacking will be able to assign and deal damage in the second comb...

Any way to make all my implements attack deal fire damage? Flaming/Flame Tonge only affect untyped damage, and the latter on weapon attacks only. There's Sunswrath which deals radiant and fire damage, but I can't use that with incendiary dagger imple...
