MechNinja: Space exploration right now is limited to inbetween the moons, due to the relative simplicity of travelling between them. Steamships were developed first for this purpose, and they travel only inbetween the "bridges" created by the powerful magnetic fields of the moons when they get too close to each other. Yoyodyne ships have the potential of travelling further, but Turin has not mentioned them trying to reach any other planets or moons in the Scylla system (other planets aren't of much interest inhabiting, they're both gas giants).
The creatures and characters we roleplay here are native to Leviathan. Humans come from the moon of Tabula and have spread across the other moons in the last few hundred years, with the introduction of steam ships in order to take them there.
I might work out a map of Leviathan + Moons at some point, but since we don't have a set number of moons right now, it might not be the best idea.
Current moons: Tabula (origin moon). Westworld (prison moon). Bligh (damned moon). Jalunda (semi-civilized moon).
This is only how it looks at the moment! Hope this helps

I assumed you were Niek, an old roleplayer from here who posts in a similar fashion to you. Take it easy, I was only explaining the situation to you.
As I said, I don't expect you to change anything, but I (and the rest of the people here) expect you to think about how everything fits into the setting before adding something. The idea behind building a world together is that we gradually add more information, all of which supported by (or at least not contradicted by) information already given.
Your spaceship, unless you give a proper explanation for where it came from, contradicts current setting canon since we have a rough timeline for our spaceships. The Steamships from Old Steel came first, but during the last century Yoyodyne invented their filamental propulsion engine and revolutionized space travel for profit. If old technology refers to something prior to either of those, it doesn't make sense for the steamships to have ever existed. Basically, saying that is taking a huge dump all over Bot4's work, who designed the ships.
If the ship comes after this point, perhaps even after Yoyodyne's ships, then it's much more acceptable, but I still don't see the use for a space army in a world where space is only used for travelling between moons.
I said it earlier: I'm not expecting you to change anything. I just want you to realize that this is not Gleemax, and we aren't a kitchensink where anything goes.

I will not be limited on where this ship came from or who has ship capabilities. The original story that was too long to add to the West World posts was that the planet the Outcast came from was soon after destroyed in "The Great Separation"(when the planet banished their own military). The ship is not apart of a faction nor will it ever be, the ship is mine and the technology is lost. [CENSORED INFORMATION ABOUT THE SHIP] I mean no disrespect but I am not changing anything but is willing to explain the ship a little more when it’s being repaired in the upcoming posts.
Also what the hell is Niek. I do not enjoy being called negative names.
Have a nice day.
