Over the next several entries I plan to give my review of PHB 3.  I've decided to split my review into several posts for a variety of reasons, but mainly because I have a tendency to be pretty verbose at times and because I am still scouring through parts of the book.  This entry will focus on the four new races in PHB 3.  Jester has a good blog on the new races as well located here:  community.wizards.com/the_jester/blog/20...
