Like many people I am a chronic character builder, and I find myself continually lingering over the revenant again and again. I imagine there is lot of potential for the revenant ( Mechanically speaking ), as  it seems to give plenty of ways to min/max till you reach peak arousal or whatever state of bliss powergamers reach.

For me though, the real draw to the Revenant is the flavor possibilities it brings about. The idea of having once been something, and then becoming more ( or less as your perspective dictates) opens up a whole world of possibilities for background story. The idea of being a revenant avenger in particular seems to offer some pretty juicy background hooks. Riding along the coast, ignoring everything around you, driven by a sense of vengence that maybe you dont even understand yourself. 

So in any event I'm going to be working on a few cool Revenant story lines and will be posting them here as soon as they are complete.
