Not a problem, but I think that only applies when you're making a PC at higher than 1st level. Then again, since I think it applies as early as level 2 I can see where you'd get confused.

Guided Repositioning: When you use a martial encounter or daily power, you may slide 1 ally adjacent to a target 1 square Lancer Tactics: Cunning Fighter: When you use a martial power with the weapon keyword that inflicts a save ends condition, the target suffers a -2 penalty to saving throws against that condition. Lancer Weapon Talent: When you wield a spear, staff, or polearm, increase it's reach by 1 square. Roundabout Capability: Squares adjacent to you cost 1 more square of movement for enemies to enter or exit. This effect does apply to shifting. Eladrin Will: +1 racial bonus to Will and a +5 bonus to saving throws against Charm effects.
