About Me:
We opened our doors on October 3rd 1994, adding Card Games, Board Games, Role Playing Games's and more to the previous owner's comic books. Since then we've worked hand in hand with Wizards of the Coast helping at conventions, judging Magic and D&D Events (from local to Regionals to pre-releases) and co-mc'd the Duel Masters & Neo-Pets Mall Tours. In 2006 my wife joined, helping the shop become less like the typical "dark gaming store" and more like a place to experience this genre. Since then we've been growing our gaming community, running Friday Night Magic tournaments, in store Pre-release/Release Events (the largest in Mid-Michigan at over 65 players!), other officially sanctioned tournaments and so much more! We love working with local talent and give back as well, so in addition to running amazing tournaments, and events, like Free Comic Book Day, we work with the Midland Area Council for Literacy, the local Library, and the local schools. We strive to offer the best possible service, and can find any answers to questions we may not know off the top of our heads.
