Will Sudden Spoiling remove the +3/+3 and trample abilities of Overrun?
Yes.

The Layer 6b P/T-Modifying effect from a Spell and Layer 5 Granted ability are applied in the same Layers as the Layer 6b P/T-Setting effect and Layer 5 Lose abilities effect.

Thus, Spoiling and Overrun are applied in the Timestamp order.
Since the Spoiling has the newest Timestamp, it will remove the granted ability in Layer 5 and the P/T-Setting effect will overwrite the P/T-Modifying effect from the Spell.
Will Sudden Spoiling remove the +3/+3 and trample abilities of Overrun?

Yes. The +3/+3 is not technically an ability, but will be overwritten by SS making the creatures 0/2 since both effects occur in the same layer. Trample becomes an ability of the creatures and is removed by SS.

(I am assuming Overrun resolves first; if Sudden Spoiling resolves first all the creatures that player controls will be 3/5 and have Trample.)
