I'm new to the game and have a question

lets say my opponent attacks me with a monster that is 4/4

and i block with two creatures that have 3/2 and 1/2

my monster kills the attacker but my oppenents monster can only kill one of my monster how do you decide which one ?
First, Magic has Creatures, not 'Monsters'.

Second, the controller of the Blocked 4/4 can assign its 4 damage divided from amongst the Blocking Creatures.
Thus, they could assign 2 damage to the 3/2 and 2 damage to the 1/2.

That way, all 3 Creatures would be destroyed.
Actually both of your creatures dies. He gets to decide how the damage is dealt, and he will probably deal 2 to one and 2 to the other.

In MtG we have creatures, not monsters.

The player controlling the creature decides how damage is assigned. In your example, your opponent would decide how to divide the 4 damage from his creature between your creatures.
ahh ok thank you !
