Well, Lord Kiwi said in the old thread that he wasn't going to update it once 4e came out. Well, 4e is out, and the thread needs updating, so as my first main foray into the forum, I plan to bring it back, update it etc. As a bonus, it'll keep me coming back here to make sure no one posted something new!

Alright, do we like the new method (STR and DEX) or LordKiwi's method (the others)? Depending on what you say I'll either take the effort to change the other formats, or change the new ones back.
I suggest you to copy the entirety of the previous thread. Makes it a lot easier for you and everyone who wants to contribute since then we already know what do we have for each stat.
I intend to, however simply copy/pasting loses all the nice columns, so I need to neaten them all up as well. It'll be done sometime after I get home from school today. Within 24 hours for sure.

Dragon 337 has a feat called spell graft which has some requirements (know arcana 8, Craft Wonderous items, and spontaneous arcane casting). It lets you give up a spell to graft it to a body part and use it 4 times a day. One of the examples was giving up Truestrike and getting the ability to add Int to your attack for 1 round per character level in addition to Dex

Another feat to add to the dexterity list, from dragon magazine:

Dead Eye: add dexterity bonus to your damage with ranged attacks so long as they are within 30 ft.

Lvl 3 Tomb Warden lets you add your charisma moddifer to Attack rolls, damage rolls, and saving throws for 10 minutes a day. Libris Mortis pg. 58

Am I reading this wrong, all I find is that the weapon now has reduced its size damage die one level, ie 1d6-> 1d4. The weapon is also considered Light, and you get dex to HIT. I dont see any mention of dex to damage....Could anyone please confirm either way for me?

The old method is better.

Allows for quicker scan of all sources of a relevant stat to a relevant outcome.

Format:
I would not say the old format was "Great" but is was functional because it allowed you to simply scan down the left hand side and pick up the stats you wanted. A new format wouldn't hurt but I don't suggest using the Sblocks.
Feycraft weapons add Dex to hit, not to damage.
Thnaks for feycraft catch! It's you guys that make this possible, as I lack both time and books to catch all these.

Also, I'm gonna be experimenting with the format a bit. If you see something awful, tell me. Something you like, tell me.
I like the new format. The old one was entirely devoid of bold and italics.

I request you widen the columns so everything fits horizontally. If needed, use 2 lines. Italicize the source, like Complete Divine.
I still don't like Races/Classes/Etc being in different spoiler blocks.

If I want to build something based on Str, I want to be able to see all my options for each at once, so I can more readily make sure I hit them all. I don't want to have to open and close nested spoilers back and forth to do it. ;)
Alright, no at the moment sblocks are out, and it seems we want wider columns so they line up properly and italics and bolded items. I can't do that today, I have much homework, but I'll get on doing that.
Also, leave a blank line or 2 between sections and bold the headings.

Under the entry of Montebank 1 it says "social skills" but it only adds int to bluff
I like the information you added in, and think that should be present in Lordkiwi's as well. I also don't mind the spacing between categories. However, I really dislike have to click each individual tab to open them for the Show function. I could do without that.

On a review, I want to suggest a change to your addition. Rather than listing the page and book numbers in the middle, maybe shift them to the far right and wrap long descriptions of effects.
This is my variation on your format. I've only done Strength as an example, for now.

If people like this system, I'm agreeable to tossing more of it out there. If Sofaking thinks he can handle it and wants to, I'm perfectly fine with letting him do the work ;)

Instead of the FULL book names, I used the abbreviation Product Keys that Wizards of the Coast keep on their website. Towards that end, adding a box that explains RD=Races of Destiny and Rac=Races of Faerun might be a sensible addition if my system is used.

Always write out large posts in notepad-- you never know what's going to happen to what you write when you hit the submit reply or other buttons. It seems like every time I forget to hit Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C before I post I end up losing my post. I think it's coded into the WotC boards.

you've missed a spot, though:

I'm not sure why it's not here, so there: Escalation Mage (Faiths of Eberron) gets CHA to HP once + Class Level (making it give 6d4+6+CHA HP over it's 6 levels).

I think it's worth mentioning that the Geomancer prestige class allows multi-classed spellcasters to use the best qualities from any spellcasting class, i.e. a wizard/cleric could use Int or Wis as modifier.
