[GUY] Level Drain, Life Drain, etc..

Level Drain (Whenever this creature’s melee attack deals damage to a living creature, the damaged creature gains attack –1 and save –1, and this creature gains +5 hp) The hit points gained by this ability stack with themselves.

Life Drain #(if target is a living creature, this creature get +#HP [maximum XX HP])

Vampire Aristocrat have 55hp, using level drain he can get more than 55hp?, for example if he hit 3 times he hp up to 70? <- Sorry

Kolyarut have 70hp, if he hit he can get up to 140hp? or if he have all the hp he dont get the +10 from the life drain?

thanks

Yes. In general, bonuses to hp can raise a creature's hp above the starting amount. (Heal effects can't do that because the glossary definition of Heal says so explicitly.)

for example if he hit 3 times he hp up to 65?

70 you mean, yes.

Kolyarut have 70hp, if he hit he can get up to 140hp?

The Kolyarut's hp can't be raised above 70 hp by Life Drain. A Kolyarut with 70 hp that hits a living creature will still be at 70 hp. This is covered by the Life Drain section of my clarifications page:
