First session in the Doomvault proper and my table clear 3 chambers (4 if you count the one they ended the session in), a fair amount of resources used up.

 

It was fun to see their faces once they realised they had misread the Coup De Gras rule and didnt instant kill all their targets. Even more so once the more powerful wizards unleashed powerful spells in their faces.

"Well that encounter was easy....er, guys, why is the DM grinning?" (party members last words)

It's not a party till the screaming starts!

My group did about 6 more rooms, wrapping up the Abyssal Prison (though they still have the lich in 10 to deal with... shudder)

 

These kids are completely at a loss with how to deal with traps. It was amusing at first, but then it became obvious that trial and error is kind of a new concept for them in D&D.

 

Room 15 with the teleportation maze and the Glabrezu was crazy. I wondered if it was going to be flat, but it was epic.
