Blackguard question

A question regarding the Blackguards' Spirit of Vice (Fury) ability that gives bonus to damage rolls while having CA or bloodied;

Spirit of Vice (Fury) gives +2 bonus to damage rolls while having CA against a target and +4 bonus damage when the Blackguard or target is bloodied.

Now if the Blackguard or the target is bloodied and the Blackguard has CA against the target, is the bonus to damage +2 for CA and +4 for being bloodied for a total of +6? This is how it is written in the character builders' power breakdown section, but the Spirit of Vice (Fury) ability write up in the class section is not so clear.

What if the Blackguard or target is bloodied but there is no CA? Does he do +4 damage bonus or no bonus damage?

+2 bonus if you have combat advantage.   That conditional bonus increases to +4 if you or someone adjacent is bloodied.  It's never +6, and combat advantage is required to have any bonus at all.  If the builder says differently, the builder is wrong.

Chances are the builder is wrong, as it is not a rules source.

The rules as written are pretty clear (at least in the compendium - I don't have Heroes of Shadow to compare):

Spirit of Vice (Fury)

While you have combat advantage against an enemy, you gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls. The bonus increases to +4 while you are bloodied or adjacent to a bloodied creature.

Note that the adjacent bloodied creature does not have to be the creature you are attacking and can be an ally or an enemy.
