Basic concept is an Eladrin Tempest Fighter that MCs into Warlord. At Paragon he can fey step when he charges without expending it (if he hits), gain +2 to his defenses when he does it, and have an ally fey step as well.

He defends, deals damage, battlefield controls, and has great Acrobatics/Athletics/Stealth/Thievery for some fun Combat/Out of Combat situations.

What weapons are you dual-striking with?
Looks like an Urgrush to me...:D

Looks right. I actually have a Eladrin tempest fighter i'm playing with in RPGA, its a tough build no doubt about that...but the fluff is just too insane to not just love.

POWER TO YOU SIR.
Yeah, the fluff is great. I built up a dwarven tempest fighter, which is a much saner build... But I was a dwarf, and I'm not looking to play a gruff n tuff fighter.

So play it as you want. Your character, your play decisions. I would love to see a dwarven fop for example. that would be pretty awesome if you ask me.
So... aside from "Fun fluff" and "Good Luck" are there any critiques on the build?
If you drop, say, Blood Thirst and pick up Fey Trailblazer, you'll be able to take another ally with you when you Feystep-charge. ;)

If the DM allows substitution of At-Wills, Swordmaster and Double Sword rather than Urgosh also make for fun charging. Also, axes aren't exactly the swashbuckleriest weapon imaginable, but that may be just me.

Fey Tactics is a better deal. It let's you move an ally anywhere you want when you Fey Step.
