KotS character development into the future

We started playing KotS last night.

Some of the players are a bit miffed at race selection for classes, the paladin wants to play an Eladrin Paladin and our resident dragon/demon lover wants to play either a Dragonborn or Tiefling something(hes playing the wizard currently will probably switch over to the Tiefling Warlord)

After the release of the core books we will be switching races/classes to what each prefers to finish out the adventure.

So far though, we have a really good mix of personalities and motivations just from what was given.

Fighter is very stern and single minded
Rogue is shifty and opportunistic
Wizard1 is inquisitive and problem solution oriented
Wizard2 is well a cardboard cutout(demon/dragon lover and author of my sig about local gamer)
Cleric is the surprise to me very helpful wants to know about the others around, a caring individual
Paladin doesn't mix word, listens to the Cleric and almost his shadow most of the time, until combat then he leads from the front, trying to protect the others.

Not too shabby for what we know of the game

Perhaps that is why I specifically mentioned changing over to the tiefling warlord?

Hmm...what do they call a failed "spot check" in 4e again?

I skimmed it and assumed you meant it in a "when the books come out" sort of way.

The sentence's stealth check overcame your passive perception.
