This is just a quick intro sorta thing even though I've been here for a while but mostly lurking


I play standard and edh/commander. Started with [c]Vampire Nocturnus[/c]. I loved the [c]Vampire Nighthawk[/c] and [c]bloodghast[/c]. I can still see the demoralizing face drop when I said [c]mindsludge[/c]
And then Nocturnus rotated out. Red/Black Vamps just weren't the same. There wasn't the evilness, or just the raw indifference that I associate with vamps
And for the record, the vampires that most people think of, and their mythos, is just one story. Vampires could wander in daylight, could eat people food, passed as a human or looked like a zombie, were possessed by demons, by disease, etc. The Vampire we are most familiar with was popularized by Stoker, the mythos very...
