I'm with Skibo. Let's open it all up. And let's get it all put together in one thread without worrying too much about formatting. We can reedit everything later if we need to. Once we have it in the right order in one location we can start the art contest.

Alright, so if this is what's going to happen, then let's get going, shall we? No reason to just be sitting around here, low activity level or no (seriously, where are you people?)

Well i'm a bit of trouble getting to the forums (no problem getting to Wizards.com). Some days i just keep getting runtime errors. (So until this gets fixed... i'm not going to be able to post every day).
But i'll copy the stories i want to work with and work with them offline.
I'm okay with starting the art contest right now. I'll make a thread over yonder to discuss it.
Some of the stories will be worked around, but the contest should remain the same.
… and then, the squirrels came.

Okay... We have the stories, we have their order. I think they've all been moved to "archive adjustments" too. What are we waiting for to process this?

What we need: Cover art (I have no idea how to go about acquiring this)
What I intend on doing: Starting this weekend and ending (hopefully) when the summer begins, I will copyedit all of these stories until we have a completed anthology, which will be saved as a pdf and uploaded... somewhere convenient (maybe my site).
As for other art: What are people's thoughts on using card art, one per story? Should I do it, or should we leave out art from the body of the text itself?

My Colors Are Green and Blue I value respect, honesty, acceptance, and trust. I love to tell stories and to experience new things. At my best, I am compassionate and creative. At my worst, I am detached and submissive. My enemies are Black and White.

Persoanally, I like a piece or two (nothing too drastic) of art for stories. Where to put it, though, should be at the author's discretion, I think. For instance, you might want to put the art of a Vedalken Heretic at the end of a story detailing the events leading up to its rejection of etherium. Sometimes stories start of from the events detailed in a card, and thus should be at the beginning. Maybe the author thinks the art would have the most impact smack dab in the middle. Just my two cents.

I suppose the downside is that it would be just like now, only in the future. And I couldn't get on the internet for places like this, because... well... you saw the episode. Not that going online full-body wouldn't be cool...
All I know is that this place would be a lot steamier if we went in full body. And I'd blame Keeper for it.
Sound advice

Alright guys, this has been at the top of the page for... a long time. Where are we? There's been no appreciable move towards finishing this, and quite frankly, I think it could stand to be moved elsewhere.

I think the problem with our first "release" has been waiting on Skibo -- we basically collected and ordered the stories.

Then it's time to hand it over to someone who will do the job NOW. Keeper, you get first crack, but this might be something for Troll if you aren't interested. The point is, I want it off the front page given it took 7 months of inactivity for any of us to say anything.
