I've tried searching the newly redesigned forums for help on this topic, however you can't locate just one title, they post every reply continuously down the line. Plus in general the few I've seen have some similarities but still leave confusion.
So far what I've seen that's been balanced is this
Height: 5'9"-6'8" , weight 110-190 lbs, +2 int +2 Cha, size medium, speed 6 squares, darkvision, and things related to origin.
For me, the confusion still lies in whether or not to allow mind blast and the eating of brains, how to design the power fairly, etc. as well as other things.
Anyone got something that has been approved by the general gaming population?
