About Me:
I'm a freelance writer living mostly in the UK. I originally trained as a geneticist, but lack the patience necessary for doing actual science, and as a biology teacher, but lack the patience necessary to put up with constant government meddling. I've also been a basic skills tutor, an employment advisor, and briefly worked for Games Workshop. The large gaps in my posting here are due to my frequent trips to my family home in rural France, where internet access is slow and unreliable (and satellite broadband is expensive).
