unfortunately, i only had 2 players show up the entire time for the Red Box Game Day this past saturday.  we went ahead and played, one player playing 2 characters and the other playing 3, but i'm wondering how i should handle the reporting of the event.  specifically, whether i should just cancel it in the system, report it as "did not occur", or report it like it was and have it get invalidated (just so they can see that i actually did try and hold the event)?

My unofficial answer would be to report it as "did not occur". But that may be the old way of doing things. You could ask you WPN rep... there happens to be a link to finding your rep right here... everyone knows this... common knowledge...  (joke based on another thread)

WPN Representative Contact Information

When seeking info for the WPN program always look in Customer Service and the WPN section of wizards:

Reps are based upon your location (the above link is for the US and Canada).

I agree with Alphastream... if I don't have the minimum 4 people, I report it as "did not occur" even if we actually played. My table for Encounters has been really light as of late, with only 3 people showing up typically, but the past two Game Days have been great.
