But first,  we present the alternate minions who didn’t win the audience vote.  Check back tomorrow for another.  Today’s minion:  “Dunce Blunderstein” the Dwarf...

So, it looks like the link to this group's forums has decided to take a small break. While we let the experts track it down, I wanted to let everyone know that the D&D Group Forums are still fully functioning, you just didn't succeed at your perception check to find the hidden passage to get there. All is not lost, however.  Here's a map.  Enjoy! (tl;dr The Forum link is broken/missing from the main group page, but WotC is working on a fix.  Click above to go to this group's forums)
Imagine one ring to rule them all... wait. Don't imagine that. Strike that from your memory. Imagine opening a chest and finding nothing inside, but a severed human hand. A withered, old, decaying hand that had nothing on it... but a ring. This Thursday Ed Greenwood takes DDi subscribers deeper into the ring simply referred to as "The Circe of Fangs" When Lorthond placed it on his finger, his head filled immediately with silent mental visions showing him precisely how to will the ring to activate or cease functioning, and then the ring proceeded to display its uses to him. The same...
They were once slaves who managed to escape their tormentors and even though they've been free for a while, those that live today honor their heritage and never forget what they went through to be where they are today. I'm talking about Gnomes. Gnomes took their time and managed to overthrow their oppressors. In Robert J. Schwalb's article; which hits DDi subscribers Thursday; you may learn a thing or two about this once captive race. Lacking both size and strength, the gnomes stood little chance when fighting against their oppressors, the fomorians. What the gnomes did have in...

Dropping on August 17th will be our Dark Sun Creature Catalog. Also dropping the same day will be our Psionic Powers book. Two great books. Did you look at them both? No? Look again. I’ll wait. Did you see it? Yup, two hardcover books, one listed at $29.95 and one listed at $19.95. Now you may be asking yourself, $19.95? Why are there two hardcover books listed at two different prices when they’ve got roughly the same page count? Well I’m here to shed some light on that. It seems there was an error when we printed the books. Originally the  Dark Sun Creature Catalog was meant to be...
...a rare breed of sorcerers is not content with that innate talent. They travel the length and breadth of the Nentir Vale and beyond, into the ruins of lost Arkhosia and dark Bael Turath, seeking to expand and improve their techniques. But these travels steer clear of libraries, temples and other centers of academia. Instead they go to the seedier parts of towns and villages, to shadowed back alleys and damp cellars, where the true masters practice their bloody craft. There, among ruffians and thugs, these sorcerers fight for cash, honor, revenge or bloodlust. They are the Shivs of...
