I read these in the opposing order - oops. Yeah, I think each cleric should have an at-will that allows them to use wis and magic attack. It should probably be ranged for moderate damage (less than ray of frost) or melee for better damage (but also less than shocking grasp). Considering their accuracy is also lower, maybe it is okay to even allow the damages to be equal. Every wizard gets to make this choice and leaving clerics out of the choice doesn't seem to make a lot of sense to me. ...

Command was surprisingly powerful! It was truly awesome to read through that spell and realize that under 30hps you're just going to have to sit or halt or...whatever. Still that shouldn't be your one and done of the day. I'd like to stick to the playtest for a few levels to see how limiting the lance of faith restriction will be. If after a few weeks it is just killing the cleric's ability to assist in any way to a fight, then we'll mix it up with a house rule of some sort.
How did you feel about the sorta no-action feel of healing?
I liked the ability to help someone a little bit if they are in trouble (3 hp or less) without having to make that the be all end all of my turn. I could actually do other things and that was great!
Ultimately, I'd like to see this edition tread lightly with setting dependent material. This includes things like the social details of races, languages and the like. A lot of this material is OK for a 'default setting', but some thought should go into how this will interact with setting material. This is a general comment that extends to PC things like race fluff, language, and alignment.

The only thing I really don't like about the stat block is the average damage stat. I guarantee I will never use that rule, and it will only get in my way. I'd prefer that you stick with the old school damage dice plus modifiers only.
