Isn't it a bit too long for a company name? One with two words with "The" would be more suiting, e.g. The Steel Rams, or The Autumn Leaves... Hmmm... I like the latter!

Adam, we would only use the the full group name for special occasions, like meeting kings etc. for general referencesTom ourselves the abbreviated version will be more than sufficient, 5 letters.

So, what's up with the game/preparations? Are we going to play sometime, do we have a party of 4 players? I didn't really hear from Matt, since he offered to run a game, does the offer still stand? I wouldn't really mind rolling some dice now!

Wow, this has gotten busy!
First off, you are all very welcome to join, and you're right I think it would be worth kicking off quite soon. Adam, thanks for your input on Character Creation, I'll look over it some more when I get some time (I'm planning guitar lessons at the moment!) Sorry I haven't been in touch for a while, been very busy with work.
Second, we've got 2 choices. The adventure I was planning to run is Keep On The Shadowfell, and if you're all happy with this then we can get started probably next Wednesday (10th) or a week on Wednesday (17th) if you'd prefer.
Now if any of you have read through that adventure already it will be a bit redundant and I will have to come up with something else, which I am playing around with a homegrown campaign at the moment but it might take me a bit longer to come up with it.
If you're all up for this let me know what you'd prefer. I'm fine with you guys using the standard array, depending on your racial bonuses this might bring your stats up to higher than I was previously going to allow but I'll make up for that by not scaling down the encounters. Then I will create a post on the general forum so we can discuss what's going on outside the game.
I will send you my skype contact details individually, I won't put it on the forums as I DO NOT want that number in the public domain.

Matt, bad news, I have read and played Keep on the Shadowfell, we kicked off with that with the pre-gens when it got in store, and since then I have DM-ed it for 2 groups in Hungary, so I'm quite familiar with that adventure, and I also DM-ed The Slaying Stone, but only these two from the official adventures. It's good to hear from you, and to know that the game's not dead, private matters and whatnot always occur, so no problem, looking forward to starting a campaign!

OH!! I know the Shadowfell (part 1) forward and back as well as familiar with the other popular one from that era called Slaying Stone!
