Went to Games Expo on saturday, played a few games bought a few things generally had a good time, but was sad that there was no Wizards of the Coast stand(that I could find)

I don't think that WotC have any actual presence in the UK. Esdevium (the UK distributer, I think) sometimes have a stand, but when I spoke to the organisers they said that there was no direct contact with Wizards. We ran 22 tables of D&D and think we had about 50 different players. My mob(s) met up with some people we'd never gamed with before so that was great. Next year we'll be slightly better organised and I hope that we can get some new adventures from WotC - if not, we plan a series of hand-crafted adventures for the discerning player.

Wizards UK is based out of Hasbro's UK office in west London.
Esdevium had a stand at Games Expo, against the left-hand wall in zone 1, and were demonstrating various board games.

Aye I played in a couple of Esdevium's games, Lords of Waterdeep and Mansion of Madness most enjoyable indeed.
