Just a quick question
if you are exposed to a disease from a monster attack, you make a saving throw at the end of that encounter what is the DC?
Is it 10 the same as any generic saving throw, or is it the improve DC of the disease?

Taking information from the Monster Vault entry for Moon Frenzy disease:-

Check: At the end of each extended rest, the target makes an Endurance check if it is at stage 1 or 2.

10 or lower The stage of the disease increases by 1.

11-14: No change.

15 or Higher: The stage of the disease decreases by 1.

Hope this helps.

"Well that encounter was easy....er, guys, why is the DM grinning?" (party members last words)

It's not a party till the screaming starts!

The generic saving throw you make to see if you shrug off the initial stage of the disease is your standard dc 10 saving throw

If you fail you apply initial effect of disease pass ignore the disease

(Unless the specific disease or DM say otherwise)

Then after extended rest infected characters make endurance checks as described above

As per the rules compendium page 184
