    @Vobeskhan - probably to do with international competition rules. However there has been a lot of USA centric competitions recently on the main site.

    Personally would love to see more competitions/giveaways here on the D&D UK group.

    Hi FairysPuff,
    I don’t know if anyone has PMed you, but the best place to start is to find a local group or your FLGS (Friendly Local Game Shop). Where in the world are you? We might be able to point you in the right direction.

    If you don’t have a FLGS then try searching Amazon for “D&d Starter” and you’ll find the “Red Box”. This contains everything you need to create characters and to run a game.

    Hi, I'm new to D&D and was hoping for some advice on which products would be best for a beginner playing D&D. I've never played D&D unless you count the PC games such as Baldurs Gate, Neverwinter NIghts etc. And I have read most of R.A. Salvatores books.
    Because of this I've recently become interested in playing tabletop pen n paper D&D. If anyone could recommend the right products I would be grateful. There is so much stuff I don't have a clue where to start.
