Thats a really good move on the part of Paizo. I wonder if they are looking to start a school programme ?

I seem to recall sometime in the past that there was a D&D schools program (may have been back in the TSR days) that culminated in a inter-schools championship, maybe something WotC could look at, particularly in the UK where we're limited in the number and quality of FLGS.
"Well that encounter was easy....er, guys, why is the DM grinning?" (party members last words) It's not a party till the screaming starts!

One of the organizers at Who's Yer Con mentioned this to me this last weekend. I think it is a great idea. I will have my two oldest kids with me at Gen Con this year and my military buddy is bringing his wife and all four of his kids. Between the two of us we could fill up two tables.

Les sigh. GenCons for RPG's just don't seem to exist in Australia. Strange for such an RPG rich / popular country.
Interestingly, I always hear mention of Military personnel playing RPG's, D&D especially. I'm ex Reserves, and I've a current Navy gunner and ex Officer in my home game. Must be a good side-time filler when on long deployment!

Actually Pathfinder Society has quite a large following in both Australia and the UK. Paizo Con UK is coming up in July and PaizoCon Oz later in the year.
For more info, contact the regional coordinator in your area. Link is at
paizo.com/-dmtz4c45 and contacts are on the bottom of that page.
Heres the site for Paizo Con UK http://www.paizocon.co.uk/

Great to hear; damn, they're not coming to Sydney though. I'm not sure if my wife is bought in enough for me to travel interstate to a Con (yet!).
