You've never cut yourself while cooking ? I cut my fingers more than once and believe me:
1: it can take days to fully heal
2: I would still be able to fight if my life depended on it

This is a ridiculous argument


This is why pre 4e natural healing made no sense. A fighter could face a kitten, get scratched 50 times for 1 point of damage each, then require 4 weeks bedrest to recover from it. A wound that takes 4 weeks to recover from in reality would outright kill or cripple you.



Please don't bring the infamous "housecat vs peasant" to light again... it has NEVER solved anything and ruined many friendships and couples 




Aah, the famous:
