I'm one of those grognards that admitted I would never come back when they launched 4e, it just wasn't my flavor - I played a few games but the promised "electronic support" didn't materialize in time for me to lose all interest.

When I heard D&D Next was launching I was excited to get a look at the new material.  That excitement is quickly fading.

One of the reasons that I have no faith in WoTC to deliver a quality product is EXACTLY because of lack of electronic support/'features.  When 3.0 launched they were going to have a "full and robust" e-toolset.  3.5 and Etools failed to really get the job done as well.  4.0 -- well they STILL haven't added all the features....

24 Hours later, still unable to get my download link nor contact customer service.   If they really are trying to win back the "old" player base, they're going to need to step up their game.    I really don't feel like I should try this hard to play test THEIR product they haven't even finished yet.

Amatuer hour guys, is the server in your mom's basement?

Download worked fine for me since last night. If it's still not working, just keep trying. I've a suspicion there were a lot more download requests than they expected, hence the server problems.
