In 3e Oriental Adventures was Rokugan...are you meaning something different between the two?
That one I wasn't sure if I should separate out or not, as well as a few other settings I have listed as well. Should a vote for Rokugan be counted different than one for Oriental Adventures itself? Honestly, I am going with the opinions of those that give one or vote on those settings as OA and Rokugan may be better considered the same setting.
Well, Rokugan isn't WotC's IP, as it's the Legend of the Five Rings setting. I would honestly not even include it on this list, except perhaps as an example of an Oriental Adventures setting, like so:
Oriental Adventures (ex. Rokugan)
It's possible that even if it were the most popular setting, WotC still would not be able to obtain a publishing rights deal again. But that doesn't invalidate the idea that a uniquely Oriental setting may be desired, it just might have to be a new one.

Greyhawk was one of the very first D&D worlds. DDN will be an 'anniversary edition', so Greyhawk as a published setting (not merely an assumed setting as in 3e) makes sense I think.
Forgotten Realms, Eberron, and Dark Sun are others that I wouldn't wanna be without.
Nentir Vale would be my choice for an assumed setting (same as in 4e).

Rokugan is no longer WotC's IP and is not really an option (it has reverted to AEG).
Well, Rokugan isn't WotC's IP, as it's the Legend of the Five Rings setting.
Thank you for that information. I had no idea Rokugan wasn't WotC's IP anymore. IMO that is in and of itself enough reason to remove it from the list.
Do you have an opinion on what campaign settings should be printed in D&D Next? If so, please cast your votes in this poll!

Al-Qadim Eberron Forgotten Realms Greyhawk Kara-Tur Maztica Mystara Oriental Adventures Planescape Ravenloft Savage Coast Spelljammer Underdark
I've used most of these at some point in the past, and those I haven't are ones I admire. I'd also like to see a more solidly Earth-Medieval setting, and a new fully-fantastical setting.

What campaign settings would you most like to see reprinted in D & D Next? I will only count the first five campaign settings you list, no matter how many you list. Feel free to elaborate on why you want to see your chosen settings reprinted if you desire. This is obviously not a requirement for the poll; elaboration is a courtesy to generate feedback for the game designers.
There are other threads on this topic, although I am unable to find one listed as a "poll". I am not counting material in those threads as votes in this thread. However, I do hope posters in similar threads share their opinions in this poll.
Below, I have listed all settings I could find. Please let me know of any setting(s) I do not have in this list as I very well could have made a mistake or inadvertently omitted a setting. Any constructive criticism/comments/concerns/etc about the list are appreciated, but it should be noted that many will likely have differing opinions and it is unlikely to create or even refine a list that will strike everyone as accurate and comprehensive.
Al-Qadim Birthright Blackmoor Council of Wyrms Dark Sun Dragonlance Eberron Forgotten Realms Ghostwalk Greyhawk Hollow World Jakandor Kara-Tur Kingdoms of Kalamar Lankhmar Mahasarpa Masque of the Red Death Maztica Mystara Nentir Vale Oriental Adventures Pelinore Planescape Ravenloft Savage Coast Spelljammer Thunder Rift Underdark Wilderlands of High Fantasy Variant Setting Creation Guidebook
Edit: Changes to list Removed Rokugan as it is not WotC's IP anymore Added Variant Setting Creation Guidebook (idea by Emperor_Matthaeus)
There are many, many ways to organize a list of campaign settings. I made an attempt to list more rather than less in hopes of receiving more specific feedback for the game designers. A conversation about what campaign(s) should or should not be combined may be deemed important and if so we could start a whole new thread on that topic alone. Keep in mind, it will likely be a hotly debated topic.
Example: Should the Underdark be considered its own setting or as part of another campaign? The Underdark is often associated with Forgotten Realms, however, the Underdark was part of Greyhawk years before Forgotten Realms was printed. Furthermore, the Underdark was described in great detail without reference to another setting in the Dungeoneer's Survival Guide in 1986 (AMAZING book), a full year before the first Forgotten Realms book was even printed! Personally, I think where the Underdark does or does not belong is a decision each DM should make for his or her campaign setting(s).
Thank you in advance for any votes, responses or feedback. Let's get our vote on!

I´ll love to see the following
Greyhawk
Mystara (with Hollow World of course!)
Spelljammer
Eberron
For an assumed setting I prefer the old Thunder Rift.
