What are the limits of these retainers (no combat obviously being one)? Can they be skilled in anything? Have a profession? They shouldn't be going into the dungeon with you, unless your DM likes the idea of your party having a porter or three. I did find a lack of noble houses in the goblin to take me in to tea however.
