Trevor Kidd: First off Brian, why don’t you tell us a little bit about yourself?

Brian Patterson: Sure! My name is Brian Patterson and I am the cartoonist behind the gaming webcomic, d20monkey. I played my first session of 2nd-edition Dungeons and Dragons just shy of my 10th birthday on the front steps of my elementary school (with a group of the cool kids) and I’ve been gaming ever since with over 20 years of experience. I played and DM’d through extended periods devoted to every edition of D&D going back to 1e, all the way up through 4e and into the D&D Next playtest.
