    Last Post By: starwars.gm

My local retailer has been promoting the event, put up posters, telling customers. WHY send out promotional gear when the event wont get the support Games Days usually get? I've not got any Forgotten Realms material, so I'm just gonna run a Dungeon D

Good evening fellow gamers!! Soon I will be headed to Afganistan and I would love to feature the gamedays there. Is there anyone willing to give any advice on how to get started. How many tables and such am I able to order. Once and a blue moon we actually get the books out there in the PX/BX.I just love this Community BTW.

Whooohooo! Well, it went better than expected but never as busy as hoped. We ran 4 tables and signed up 4 new players!!! 2 brand new DMs who had never done it before and 1 girl who asked later if she could learn to DM as well! We had the games finish with the exception of 1 table who had a DM who liked to describe the play-by-play OF the play-by-play! I actually want to submit one of the table's adventures - they SERIOUSLY got into it and wrote a background, lore and legend for it!!! I was blown away!

Wish I had more local interest. I put up posters and everything, and although I get great reviews from the players that come and people bring friends and then they bring friends for the next one, I want more ppl!!!! I dream of having a WWGD with 30+ players!!!

I'm in Somerset, TX and we were lucky to acquire a meeting room at Texas Community Bank for FREE, we can easily house 5 or 6 tables of players... just wish I could get that many!

If anyone lives in or near San Antonio, TX, I am 15 miles south, if you are tired of not getting a seat at a game in SA, come on down!

If there are any WOC staff in the area, feel free to contact me with any ideas on recruiting more players out here!!! Thanks!
