I know that this may be a bit late to be getting into the playtest (and for all I know, the rules are already at the printer's), but here are some observations after my first play:

Some action cards state clearly that they are attached when played, and some state that they are discarded after use.  Most don't say either way, nor do the rules make it clear.  My assumption is that in such cases a card is discarded after play and not returned to its owner's hand.  If so, this should probably be explicitly stated in the rules.

Also, in the eventuality that a player drew the last card in his action deck, would he reshuffle them, or would he simply get no further action cards for the rest of the game?



Al in all, this looks to be a superb game, and I eagerly await the release!
