It seems that some creatures are intended to be on Large bases, such as the Umber Hulk. (Based on the fact there is no Medium sized Umber Hulk figure.) In the case of the Gold Dragon, is the intention a Large or Medium version? If it's to be Large, is there a plan to add a keyword identifying it as such?

Thanks!

I'll see about getting the files changed, but the large creatures are the gold dragon, the drider, the umber hulk, and the giant spider.

The only reason to specify whether the gold dragon should be large or medium would be if you are planning to let people use older miniatures with this game in tournament situations, and even if you are planning to allow this I assume it would be with a specific list of equivalencies, a la the use of Chainmail minis in DDM, so the old Medium Gold Dragon could be left off.

That said it seems like a pretty easy change to include the creature's size on the second line of the card; "Large Creature" instead of just "Creature", etc.

Yes I think most players understand the concept of Large, Huge etc. Creature would be default Medium.

Is the Earth Guardian not supposed to be large?

So does creature size work the same here as it does in the RPG?

Earth Guardian is medium.

Large creatures move as in the RPG.

Okay, thanks. Reach is not mentioned, so that means all creatures have a reach of 1?

A creature with reach would be explicitly labelled to have reach.

ok, then, thanks for that answer then, Mr Lee.
i had the same question regarding the drider's size and the matter of reach.
that makes it a little easier.
