and some is just printed textures or tiles, cut and folded into the shape I needed. I love the three dimensional aspect 4th edition contains and I really enjoy creating 3d battlefields for my players! It can be done without spending a lot of money. (except maybe printer ink...)
Hey thanks! And welcome aboard! The Zendikar - D&D project is particular in that nearly all the content we need to create for it can be inspired (sometimes very closely) by both the cards and the good amount of official fluff. Creating D&D monsters from MtG cards using the Monster Builder is a breeze! Everybody can contribute of course, and feedback is needed about practically everything on the group's forums.
