About Me:
I'm a gamer through and through. I've been playing RPGs since I was 12 (the first one being one of my own invention) and quickly ended up with AD&D. Been DMing ever since.
I've been a computer games freak since the days of the C64 and have owned just about every console and computer from then until now. I love my retro gaming and can be found playing Sonic the Hedgehog on my Mega Drive as often as you'll see me on XBL. My gaming history doesn't stop there. Although I have had a long time away from the hobby in general I used to be an avid wargamer and played Full Thrust, Blood Bowl (2nd ed), Necromunda and Battletech (3rd ed). I also run an Airsoft team who play hard, fast and fair. Games are about fun - take them too seriously and they're not games anymore. Play with the spirit if not the letter.
Movies:
Sci Fi all the way. I'll watch any half decent Sci Fi and am an avid Kung Fu fan. Jackie Chan FTW!
TV Shows:
I don't watch the gogglebox all that much, unless it's stand up comedy or a good panel show (Have I got News for You is an old favourite of mine).
Books, Comics and Graphic Novels:
Transformers for me - big fan of the original UK run and the new Dreamwave/IDW stuff.
Music:
Heavy Metal - anything from Hard rock through progressive metal all the way to Thrash. Won't go as far as death, hardcore or grindcore. Sing - don't scream!

Likes:
A good read, a good debate, having fun with friends, social games, climbing until I burn and hurtling down snowy slopes.
Dislikes:
Cheats, Flamers, those with closed minds, drunk people, my job, lag, (Tiscali!), the snootiness of some club golfers, rude idiots on Xbox live.
