after reading the changes to the blood mage i am a bit depressed about it. If you are gonna change the level 20power from 6d6 and stun to 4d6 and daze, I would ask to keep either the damage or effect what it was or make it a daze on a miss. secondly, with blood pulse, if you want to make the blood mage more controllery then don't have it do damage on a move just make it an immobilize instead. Finally, i do agree that burning blood is a little overpowered and making it affect only one target...
