About Me:
I have been playing D&D off-and-on for about 10 years (unfortunately, more off than on..) and have even been a Dungeon Master for a few of those, so I have a pretty deep respect for the Game in general, as well as DMing. I started playing in 2nd edition with a group of friends, and it is still one of my fondest memories.
I dabble in writing, and wrote my own campaign in 3.5 a number of years ago. It was an awesome experience! But a lot of work. The campaign did not last long, unfortunately, as I could not keep a steady group together. The last time I played any D&D was about one year ago, when I finally decided to go out on a limb and try Wizards' "D&D Encounters" at a local game store here in Edmonton. I thought: "I can't get the players to come to me.. why not go to them?" It was a blast! Very low maintenance, low commitment, and got to meet some people of like mind. As my luck with D&D would have it, the store went out of business, and with it my adventures. Along with a very good understanding of the new system, I also have a hundred D&D miniatures for the game! I have humans, dwarves, elves, halflings, goblins, orcs, elementals, and even 3 gargantuan dragons! Preferred Gaming times: Saturdays 12-6 (approx.) I am available at other times. Just ask :)
