This was a fun encounter. 

Our table composition was a little different--we were missing one of the theives and the Sun Cleric wanted to play a new Striker character--we talked him out of it. Also, we started after the standing table so TLT was running a little slower then normal.

Burning Bank!

Blown skill checks to get into bank--both by Rye the theif and Quinn, dwarf kicks the door in! Charge. I go left, mark up--Rye comes in behind and drops one. DM not rolling well, so round one goes as plan--Olerien has hit the Water Elemental with his daily, so we are in good shape for round two.

Round two the fire effect starts to wear us down, lots of shifting and moving back into the main room--drop two more fire elementals and the water elemental--Quinn got the death blow.
