Another great week at Dice House Games playing D&D Encounters!
DM Kevin & Brian were there.
T-hamas was there, but again very tired--this has been a long haul for him! Of course, his amazing stricker that seems to do almost unlimited damage is hard on everyone! Jack is playing a Goliath Barbarian & enjoying doing massive damage.
Thomas ran the camera this week, which means that the footage is likely awesome. Brian spent much of his game time reading Pathfinder books.
New guy Dean had the common sense to play MC Hammer the Cleric, Sal is still ruling as DR DRE the paladin, and Chase 2.0 is starting to figure out DJ Shadow.
I love adventuring in Neverwinter & this campaign has been a blast!
Combat was a little long for me tonight--maybe because I was not involved! I am out of healing surges and down a few hitpoints so I am spending my time as far away from Combat as possible.
Chase borrowed dice & showed amazing taste!
My command station was in fine form.
I am digging the dice tower I got & Jack is really loving playing his PC from his laptop.
My mini is not that great this season.
I sat far away from this weeks action--so this pictures are not the best.
and we only had one crit, from DJ SHADOW, early in the Encounter!

Chris Pramas joins the podcast to discuss the Kickstarter he is running to bring Freeport to Pathfinder. Chris is a stud who has been around forever so there is a lot of good inside baseball on the RPG community here.
The production value and wit of this podcast is really first rate--a very good crew with strong preferences and insight.
A very good reasource.

As D&D Next continues to be the focus of WotC's work, I have moved more and more to Pathfinder. Here is a great podcast interviewing the writer of the Pathfinder Comic [which is great] and providing updates on current events in pathfinder.
Something, I really like about this podcast is the discussion on Gay characters in the setting--how the writer developed & portrayed them, where the idea came from, etc. I think it is worth a listen for that alone; however, the updates on the RPG Superstar contest and other general information on Pathfinder I found very informative.
A good news & reviews type podcast that I will be going back and listening to the older episodes.

Kate and Lisa really helped to set up for our first week playing the Skull & Shackles adventure path.
DM Scott is running this campaign & is very stoked with the level of support Pathfinder provides for their adventures.
Scott is a great DM & was very relaxed at the table.
Chase is playing a Sorcerer cook who is way more awesome than anyone else at the table.
Brian rolled up his character that night--he was playing a sorcerer not nearly as awesome as Chase's.
And Brian's character died fairly quickly--this module is very lethal so far.
David is playing a very awesome Gun Slinger--he knows what he is doing & is a great asset at the table. It also turns out that he is my cousin!
Mouse who I did not get a picture of showed up with some great pirate themed toys. We also had way to much food.
The game was awesome--lots of fun role playing as we tried to stay alive on the ship.
I am using new blue and white dice for the Nautical theme.
Originally, I wanted Kryptonite the Gnome Bard to have a pet pig, but after the first week when I learned how lame I am I am in a different direction.
I am in love with this mini & I am getting an Octopus Famiar as soon as possible.
Chase recommended this Character Sheet, Mouse had a different one that I liked a bit more, but Scott had a Skull & Shackles themed one that I will try to use for next session.
Not a lot of mini action this week, but this is what I saw.
We did fight some Spiders in the bilge--low level pathfinder is brutal!
And my new dice were not on fire--zero crits & one fumble.
Really looking foreword to the next session.
