Jeff & Tracy were joined by Matt James & Mike Shea--these four together have such a fantastic interaction it is a joy to listen--and the topic/format of a single product review is likely when the Tome is at its finest.
This is a great episode--not only for the information provided about the product & general game design insight, but also for the overall attitude each of these people brings to the hobby of D&D.
I really find myself nodding and laughing to everyting Mike Shea says--his design sense and precision of what he is looking for in a product very much aligns with what I think D&D should be.
Tracy is great in the role of newbie--and when she and Matt get into it is is podcast gold.
Sometimes I am a little down on this podcast--they are just presenting press releases and blathering about WotC gossip, but then an episode like this comes out and I remember why I listen.
