I ended up not having what I was looking for in terms of black and there are some white cards I would really prefer to have for the concept behind that specific deck so I ended up putting that idea on the backburner temporarily and I made a mono-white angel/human deck. It definitely seems to be heavy on defense with control aspects and plenty of life giving potential then when I have the available mana I can pull out the beefy angels that pack a heavy hit. I don’t know if one should really describe angels as beefy…..they are not exactly big boned girls haha, but that is what I call creatures like that.
I also put together a red/green deck that revolved around an undying/regeneration type of theme. I seen a premade that was somewhat like that and I decided to make something of my own along those terms for the fun of it. I put in some cards that allow me to sacrifice creatures to deal direct damage to player/creature and I use those on my undying creatures so I sacrifice something, deal direct damage then that card comes back with a +1/+1 due to the undying mechanic. It really is a simple concept, most of those creatures are only 1/1 or 2/2 to begin with so it is weenie like, but it really pokes a person over and over and I have plenty of them plus I got a couple devil cards that tack on more benefits to me when a creature of mine dies and returns from the graveyard. Simple yet effective
