Every Begining Player starts with 15 deck points and 10 life points and 100 Credit Points.
Credit points
Each kill "victory over another player" Results in 100 Credit Points or "CP"
In a match with more than two Players, you will recieve 100 cp for the kill of another player and 150 in addition if you win the match.
Gamble
Every Player must make a gamble before the match begins. A gamble is a task or objective that must be discused and agreed upon by all players. The prize CP must also be discused and agreed upon in the same means. A player can make a maximum of three Gambles per match.
Deck Points
Deck points are the total acumulated mana cost of all spells in a players deck. For example a spell costing 3 colorless and one Plains mana would be a total of 4 mana cost. Thus leaving a begining player with a total of 11 Deck Points left.
A player cannot excede their Deck Points.
Perks & Abilities
Perks and Abilities can be purchased using CP. Ideas for either must be discused by all players before being added to the shop and will be priced coresponding to their effects. Rules for Perks and Abilities must be clearly stated and posted on the Shop Sheet.
Shop Sheet
A Shop Sheet is used to post Perks & Abilities along with rules for them. A Shop Sheet is supposed to run off of house rules. Meaning there is no "set" shop sheet. You can make your own perks and abilities as long as everyone who is playing agrees to them.
Avatar
Every Player must have an Avatar name, Or alter ego, in order to set themselves appart from all the other players.
Stat Sheet
Each Player must have a Stat Sheet showing their own Avatar Name, Perks, and Abilities. This is needed to keep track of each Players progress. Each player must keep track of their own Stat Sheet.
I have come up with a few ideas for the Shop. And would like to share them.
100 CP
-5 Deck Point boost.
-1 Color Addition
-A 1 time use only spare muligan (draw 7 cards even on 2nd Muligan)
-1 point imunity to Infect/Poison
200 CP
-15 Deck Point Boost
-15 Card side board
-Tap target creature you control that creature gets +1/+1 (uses once per game)
-Sacrifice a creature with 1/1 or lower, search your library for a basic land and reveal it, put it onto the battlefield tapped and shuffle your library.(use once per game)
400 CP
-1 life point boost
-30 Deck Point boost
-Create own Planes Walker (all abilities must be discused and agreed upon by all players)
-Sacrifice 2 creatures. Destroy target creature with power 4 or lower. (use once per game)
-Every mana tapped in corespondance to your Planes Walkers color produces 1 1/2 of that color of mana.

I'm looking to make a RPG based system of gameplay, for Magic the Gathering.
Unfortunately, I have no idea how to go about it. So far all I have in mind is some sort of leveling system, and rewards for completeing task's. (or as I would like to reffer to them "gambles".) Before each round every player must make at least one "gamble", but cannot excede three gambles per round. For example, I might pick something along the lines of "I must destroy 6 creatures using instants or sorcery's in the round." And if I completed the task then I would recieve a bonus. Which would result in a much higher (or slightly higher) reward of "cp" which are points that I could spend on Perks or extra points for my deck (I will explain the points in a bit) or a higher starting life total. Each LVL 1 player would have 10 life and 15 points to go twards their deck's. Deck Point's are the total compilation of how much converted mana cost each deck can have combined. For example a red spell costing 4 colorless and one mountain, would be a converted mana cost of 5 leaving a level 1 player a total of 10 deck points left.
Any ideas or comments on this variant please let me know.
