Imagining I could take a good laugh at the wrorst cards ever printed, this was what I've found:
The top ten Worst magic cards rated by community (I am including only the legal cards in vintage)
#10 Scavenging Scarab
Why not have a Mana Cost 4, 3/3 creature that can't block? Even if it didn't have the drawback it would be terrible...

#9 Aven Trooper
A 1/1 Flying at 4 mana? You gotta be kidding... but WAIT! It has an ability! If you spend 3 more mana and discard a card of your hand it becomes a powerful 2/3 flyer until the end of the turn. If you manage how to win a game with this cards you are such a player. And besides all that, the art is terrible.

#8 Zombie Goliath
How to describe it? A 4/3 drop for 5 mana is a bad drop, but we have senn a lot of that at those crappy common at the drafts. The fact that makes it worse is that IT GOT PRINTED 3 TIMES!! (and they didn't even chage the art or flavor text). Come on guys, it could at least trample.

#7 Goblin Firebug
This leaves me breathless. Second turn: BAAAM! Goblin firebug! a 2/2 for 2 mana? pretty stable, doesn't die to a Lava Dart

"Ouch, My head hurts. That ability is horrible!" By Enchantment_Removal
#6 Vassal's Duty
Ok. Let's take some time understanding what is this. A RARE enchantment that costs 4 mana, ok, It prevents 1 damage for 1 mana, ok, but here we go: only to legendary creatures and it delas damage to YOU. This wouldn't be a bad card if it was uncommon and costed 2 mana. It could at least regenerate your creature instead.

#5 Thermal Blast
Pretty standart crappy instant if you compare to commons like shock

" Cackling flames
#4 Takeno's Cavalry
Oh my god. What is that? A 1/1 that costs 4 must be pretty strong... WAIT! It sometimes becomes 2/2. Take a look at the tap ability, he hits attacking or blocking spirits for 1 damage. This is one disturbing card. I recommend taking a look at the flavor text before reading the comment: "at night he perfected his aim, shooting spiderwebs by starlight"

"To have a good laugh, that's all this is good for.
At night he perfected his aim... I wonder how skillful his aim was before he practiced. Something like: "
#3 Bog Hoodlums
this one is pretty crazy. At first it costs SIX mana and it's 4/1, ok it can clash to become a 5/2, still terrible, dies to an elite vanguard

It deserves mythic status. And you can use ponder
#2 Viashino Skeleton
This much deserves to be here. The lengedary Viashino Skeleton. A cost 4 2/1 little creature that regenerates at the cost of a discard. This is terrible in so many ways... It could cost 3, It could regenerate with only the discard cost, it could be AT LEAST 2/2 and still be a terrible card.

"Once, on turn 6, I played this, you know just to make sure I could regenerate it. So, when my opponent threw a Lightning Bolt at it, I regenerated it discarding a Baneslayer Angel. Hah, blew up in his face, huh?" by Gomorrah
#1 Razor Boomerang
Guys, we have a winner: Razor Bommerang

Honorable Mention: Wood Elemental
This is my personal favorite. It sucks in unimaginable ways. At first, you can only sacrifice UNTAPPED FORESTS, not even an island or plains. This means, at turn 5, if tap 4 lands and SACRIFICE the other one you drop a 1/1 elemental. Despite that this card is a RARE print with, in my opinion, a very bad art. Even if you manage to untap all your lands when you play it, it would still have to sacrifice all your forest to become, maybe a 7/7 without trample that probably costed you the game.
