As the War for Dominaria continues, a new reporter stumbles into the derelict library left by the last.  Opening the pages of death once more, he continues to chronicle the latest Phyrexian onslaught.

Since the last recording, the Coalition dominance had faltered, from leaving Biohazard in ruins, with armies closing in upon the portals known as Urza's Guilt and Abis, and a strong defensive position.  The Phyrexian elite forces rallied, forcing back the Coalition forces, marching upon a great counter offensive which has left the Strongholds of Tarakhe and Tovarna as rubble.

For a time, a powerful force commanded by the great mechanical dragon TTD held the mountain fortress Karesta of the Red faction.  However, in the nick of time, Kelket, the current General of the Coalition, ousted
